Let’s make cheese! Join us in learning how to make Mozzarella cheese at home. While we learn to make cheese we will
eat cheeses from Appel Farms, sip wines  and taste honey from local raw honey producer Marie's Bees.  Limited to 20
people. $20 per person.

February 9-11th, & 16-18th, Sat 1-6, Sunday 1-5: Valentine's Glntwein and Chocolate
Bring your Valentine for the wine and chocolate tasting! This year we will have chocolate ganache and chocolate truffles
(by Chocolate necessities) made with our Vartanyan Petit Verdot 2014 to taste with Petit Verdot 2014 wine, and more
other chocolates and wines for tasting.
FREE 2 pc gift of chocolate truffles made with Petit Verdot 2014 with the purchase of bottle of Petit Verdot 2014
($ 26.95/wine club -$24.35).
No reservations are required.

February 25-26, Saturday & Sunday: Pre-release Barrel Tasting.
During Barrel tasting you would be able to taste the wines we plan to release in Spring 2018:
Syrah 2015, Malbec 2015, Tempranillo 2015, Cabernet Sauvignon - Sangiovese - straight or blend.
No reservations are required. Tasting is $ 10.00 per person, Free for the wine club members.

April 7th, Saturday 1-6: Bottle Yourself:
Come to bottle your own bottle of wine!
You taste different wines from different barrels and you create your own blend with the special label
“Red Intrigue”. We provide wine and everything for the bottling and you bottle yourself from the barrel and/or bottling line,
cork and capsule it, put the label.

April 28-29th,  Saturday & Sunday: Wine Club Barrel Tasting.
Compare how different barrels affect the same wine: Carmenere 2015 in American, Russian and French oak barrels,
Malbec 2015 in Russian and American...

May 11-13th, Friday - Sunday: Mother's Day Weekend
Celebrate Mother’s Day with the tasting of our new wines.
Bring a picnic and enjoy the day with a glass of wine
on outside patio!

May 13th, Mother's Day, Sunday 1-5
Paint Class by Date and Paint (reservations required) 12 -30 pm;
Live Music.

May 26th, Saturday, 6-8 pm.: Cheese making, Cheese and Wine pairing class.
